- Building your house
- Building Permit in place
- Meet with design team 3 times:
- Select carpet, tile, LVT, Counter Tops, paint colors
- Select exterior Stone
- Select exterior paint and finalize landscape plans
Follow Up
- Final Walk through
- Celebrate your new home!
