  • Sign a contract contingent on final plans and pricing
  • Modify our plans or draw a custom plan
  • Finalize amenities and get the final price
  • Finalize construction loan
  • Go over selection process and vendors

Pull permit and start building

  • Pull building permit
  • Start construction
  • Homeowner works on selection process
